Fitness is a lifelong journey. It gets emotional. We need to set goals and chase them down. These goals could be taking care of your health, training for an event, toning up or dropping a size.
This is where I come in. I am motivation! My goal is to discover what really drives you, what would push you to be your best, to realise your full potential.

We view each session as dedicated time to focus solely on you and your goals. We work with you to balance your training and lifestyle to achieve lasting results. We listen to your needs and design programs specifically to meet those needs, and provide ongoing motivation and support to achieve your goals. With us by your side anything is possible.
Corporate Fitness Programs can be tailored to your company’s needs and goals. It could be the Corporate Triathlon Series, JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge or just keeping the company fit. They are run twice a week for 10 week periods.
Our Triathlon programs are tailored for athletes of all levels (Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 or Ironman). With 3sports you’ll receive a monthly training program and tips, as well as the support and motivation you need to cross your finish line.
Train with 3sports Tri Squad. It is open to all levels of athlete. 3sports offers 2 coached sessions every week. Saturday 7:00am, Centennial Park, ride/run session including transition training and 3:00pm, Coogee Beach, ocean swim session.
